Shipping
Orders will ship out within 10 business days unless it is a custom order. For all custom orders please allow up to 21 business days for production and shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your custom piece(s) ship out.
Returns/ Refunds
Due to the specificity of each piece being handcrafted and unique, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Each piece is one of a kind and won't be duplicated. When ordering, please take as much time as you need before placing your order. For customer orders please make sure that the appropriate size has been provided. If there is an issue with your order that doesn't match what is listed above please reach out to us in the chat.
Jewelry Care Info
Each crystal has care instructions listed in the description box. Listed below are simple instructions to take care of your copper pieces:
1. Use a soft microfiber cloth to clean your copper pieces.
2. Clean with a mild cleaner like dish soap or baking soda.: Mix a small amount of the cleaner with water to create a paste. Apply to your copper pieces and rub gently with a soft cloth. Rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
3. Use a polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore the shine.
Readings
Any adjustments to the time of the reading need to be made 24 hours prior. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, please reach out to me as soon as possible. There is a 5 minute late grace period before your appointment will be canceled. No shows will have to re-book another appointment. Please book the appropriate reading for your spiritual needs. Please try to be in an environment where you won't be distracted so you are able to receive your personal messages as clear as possible. Respect for the spirts is always a must!
